Both Houses
The two houses are next door, a 5-second walk apart, with up to 9 rooms. Godin House has a living room and Hello House's island kitchen doubles as a lounge, so a big group can gather together and still rest apart. The houses differ in price, size and room level, so please compare their room types before booking.

Our booking system and online contract are currently in Traditional Chinese only. If you need help with any step, message us on LINE or email hellohouse2017@gmail.com. We can help in English.
Before you book
Payment: after signing the contract, pay the room charge plus a NT$5,000 deposit in a single bank transfer. Once we confirm on check-out day that nothing is damaged and no rules were broken, the full deposit is refunded to the bank account you leave with us on our official LINE.
Booking requires email verification, an online contract and an ID upload. Regular cancellations are not refunded; if you tell us before your stay date, the amount paid can be kept for one year as credit toward a stay. Special cases are handled under the contract.

How do I book once I find available dates?
On booking.hello-stay.com/booking, choose your dates, number of guests and house to see the official price, then complete email verification, signing and payment.
How many guests do Hello Stay's Kaohsiung whole-house stays suit?
Hello House suits 8 to 26 guests and Godin House 4 to 12. Larger groups can go straight to the Both Houses option.
